  In the ad for Progressive Insurance there are appeals to pathos because the commercial is advertising using real people facing real life. The customer need to save money is a true feeling in most Americans. Why not buy from a company that lets YOU choose what you want, and the price you want.




  There are also logos in the way they present their product. They give logical reasons for you to buy their product and it will improve the car insurance area of your life. You need car insurance so they will convince you to buy from their company because they make it cheap and easy for you.



  I see ethos in this ad because of the female sales attendant. Her attitude and spirit towards her ‘customers’ is happy and bubbly. Her bright smile causes viewers to be happy and more people will buy when they’re happy.
